How much time will take the delivery of my order?

If you place your order on a working day (Monday to Friday) before 6 p.m., you will receive your product the next day if it is in stock in The Netherlands.

Is it possible to follow my package via Track & Trace?

Yes, for sure that’s possible. After ordering products, you’ll receive a Track & Trace code when we confirm your order via e-mail.

Which payment methods are accepted?

At this moment it’s possible to pay in four ways: via iDEAL, Bancontact, Credit Card, and PayPal.

How long is the warranty period?

The warranty period for our products is 3 years after you’ve bought the product.

How do I become a Meesterknecht?

So you want to become a Meesterknecht? We love it! You can become a Meesterknecht for one year, by buying the Meesterknecht package, either the Meesterknecht Couch or Meesterknecht Bike package. More info can be found here:

Do I have a membership when I have decided to become a Meesterknecht?

No, it is one-time spending. But, we need to say, the benefits are valid for one year until the start of a new cycling season.

What’s the return period for your products?

After purchasing our products, it’s possible to return your purchase for 30 days.
