DELIVERY

How much time will take the delivery of my order?

If you place your order on a working day (Monday to Friday) before 6 p.m., you will receive your product the next day if it is in stock in The Netherlands. Due to the high demand, there is currently a longer delivery time for many products.

Which delivery company ships my orders?

Products ordered on our website will be shipped by PostNL.

How much does delivery cost?

Packages sent to Benelux countries and Germany have an €8,95 delivery charge, the UK has a €12,95 delivery charge, any other European country will have a higher delivery charge. 

Is delivery abroad also possible?

For our Meesterknecht who are living abroad is delivery possible. For these shipments, delivery costs will be calculated.

It is not (yet) possible to order products in other countries in the European Union.

Can I change my moment of delivery?

If you are not at home when the carrier comes by, you will receive a card in the letterbox. The card contains a code, with that code you can select a new delivery time on the PostNL site.

Is it possible to cancel my order?

It is not possible to cancel your order during the delivery process. It is possible to return your order.

Is it possible to deliver in the evening?

Unfortunately, delivery in the evening is not yet possible. When you have decided to choose standard delivery, the delivery man will come by during the day. It is possible to deliver your package to a collection point, which is open during the evening.

Is it possible to follow my package via Track & Trace?

Yes, for sure that’s possible. After ordering products, you’ll receive a Track & Trace code when we confirm your order via e-mail.

PAYMENTS

Which payment methods are accepted?

At this moment it’s possible to pay in four ways: via iDEAL, Bancontact, Credit Card, and PayPal.

Is it possible to pay after I’ve received my order?

At this moment it is not yet possible to pay after receiving the order.

Do you also accept Credit Card payments?

For sure! You can always pay by Credit Card.

WARRANTY

How does the warranty work?

Your products will be accepted for warranty rules if they’re defect.

How long is the warranty period?

The warranty period for our products is 3 years after you’ve bought the product.

How do I claim my warranty?

You can claim under the warranty by taking a photo of the defective product and emailing it with a short description to: Support@tourdetietema.nl

How long does it take to return my money?

After receiving your returned order, it will take approximately five days to return the money.  

PRODUCTS AND STOCKS

Which products do we deliver?

In our webshop, there’s plenty of choices for cycling lovers. To give you a clear overview, we’ve also listed some categories. 

Is it possible the product I wish to order isn’t in stock?

It’s a shame, but sometimes those things happen! If one of our products isn’t in stock, we’re trying everything we can deliver these products as soon as possible. You can still order products that aren’t in stock, only thing is delivery takes longer. You’ll receive an adjusted delivery time when the product returns in stock.

How long does it take to deliver a product that isn't in stock?

Products that aren't in stock, will be handled through backorder. You will receive an adapted delivery. When the delivery time is unknown, you will get a notification, when the product is in stock again.

BECOMING A MEESTERKNECHT

How do I become a Meesterknecht?

So you want to become a Meesterknecht? We love it! You can become a Meesterknecht for one year, by buying the Meesterknecht package, either the Meesterknecht Couch or Meesterknecht Bike package. More info can be found here: Click here for the info.

What do I get for becoming a Meesterknecht?

You receive what kind of package you have chosen. Click here to see which kind of Meesterknecht you can be and what you can expect of these packages.

Hoe kan ik het meesterknecht lidmaatschap opzeggen?

There’s no automatic renewal to your Meesterknecht subscription, so if you want to be a Meesterknecht, you get to be one for a year. If you don’t want to continue being a Meesterknecht, just don’t renew at the end of the year. Want to renew your subscription? That’s possible every year!

Do I have a membership when I have decided to become a Meesterknecht?

No, it is one-time spending. But, we need to say, the benefits are valid for one year until the start of a new cycling season.

ORDER PROCESS

How does the order process work?

Found something you wish to buy? By clicking a product, you can then add it to your shopping cart. If you want to confirm your order, click the shopping cart, fill in your personal data, and choose your payment method. After fulfilling your payment, we’ll process your order as soon as possible and try to deliver as soon as possible. Have fun!  

Can I get your help with ordering products?

Do I get an order confirmation by e-mail?

As soon as you’ve completed your order, we’ll confirm the order via e-mail. The e-mail will list the product(s) you’ve ordered, and give you a Track & Trace code to follow your order! 

Do you have a size chart?

We sure have! It can be quite hard to find the right size suited for you, but if that happens we’ll help you with our size chart. It can be found on each product page.

SWAPS AND RETURNS

What’s the return period for your products?

After purchasing our products, it’s possible to return your purchase for 14 days.

How do I return my products?

You can return your products by sending them to the following address: Koraalstraat 1, 1812 RK, Alkmaar, Netherlands. Costs for returning will be for your own account.

Is there a money back guarantee?

When you are unhappy about one of our products, or you have ordered the wrong size, you can return your product within 14 days. The return costs are for your own account. 

Is there a defect at one of the products, after the term of 14 days and it is due to a production error? You have the possibility to claim your guarantee.

What are the return requirements?

The first requirement is to return products within 14 days. The product needs to be complete and needs to be returned in its original package. Should products appear to be damaged, we can’t take them for return.

You’ll receive return payments for every product that’s returned in a proper way.

Return payments can take up to 12 days.
